📦 How do you pack my order?
I pack every single product with the utmost care.
This includes:
- Bubble wrap,
- shock-resistant outer packaging,
- clean, secure boxes.
Collector's items, in particular, deserve special protection — and that's exactly what they get from me.
🧱 Are the LEGO® sets new?
Yes. All LEGO® sets are new, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
This means:
- unopened boxes,
- intact original seals,
- no used or opened sets.
You get exactly the condition that collectors expect.
🎁 What is the condition of the boxes for collector figures (e.g., MOTU or Monster High)?
All boxes are in top condition.
If you have special requests or questions about a specific item, just contact me directly in the chat.
I will send you additional photos upon request, so you can see exactly what you're getting.
🚚 How fast is shipping?
I ship your order within 24 hours once payment has been received.
Shipping is exclusively with DHL – insured and always with tracking, so you can keep an eye on your package at all times.
All orders are shipped securely, well-protected, and reliably.
🔄 What return options do I have?
You can return your items to me within 30 days.
Please note:
- LEGO® sets, figures, and other toys must be in original condition → unopened, sealed, undamaged
- Unfortunately, I cannot cover the cost of return shipping
- Please use insured DHL shipping with tracking for returns
- Pad the goods well so they arrive safely.
It's best to write to me personally in the chat if you want to initiate a return.
I will then guide you step by step.

No problem — just write to me directly.
Often I can source certain items for you or already have them in stock but haven't added them to the shop yet.
Just contact me briefly in the chat, and I'll check for you immediately.
⏳ Why don't you currently offer pre-orders?
I only sell toys that I actually have in stock and have personally inspected beforehand.
This way, you always know exactly what you're getting — without surprises or long waiting times.
If you're looking for a specific product that isn't available here, just write to me.
