What return options do I have?

You can return your items within 30 days.
Please note:

• LEGO® sets, figures, and other toys must be unopened, sealed, and undamaged
• Return shipping is at your own expense
• Please use insured DHL shipping with tracking

How does the refund process work?

Once I have received and inspected the goods, I will refund the amount within 3–5 business days.

What do I do if an item arrives damaged?

This happens extremely rarely, as I pack very carefully.
